At Danniis's Dog House we aim to cater for all dogs needs putting their welfare first. Dannii's Dog House proudly has two groomers who are both qualified and insured but also have a passion for dogs and caring for their needs.
Dannii, who is the owner, completed 2 years of salon training and qualified in 2017 and has been grooming since expanding on her knowledge and experience ever since. Dannii's Dog House opened in 2020!
Emma joined the team after qualifying in 2023 and is continuing to gain a custom base. Emma began her journey helping in a dog rescue and taking on grooming training. Emma is now taking on new clients, feel free to get in touch :)

Prices
Prices are down to each individual dog, this is due to each dog being different sizes, trimming request, coat condition and behaviour. Also due to the large amount of crossbreeds they can vary in size and coat type meaning each grooming session is different and individual to each dog. Pricing is set by the amount of time the groom is going to take. A quote can be given over a discussion and an official price will be determined after checking the dog in person.

There is also additional charges for matting, late drop off and pick up times and late cancellation fees.

A Little About Us!
Where the passion for animals comes from...
Dannii:
I was really lucky to gain some volunteer work with another groomer in 2015 who took me under her wing and kept me on as her apprentice. For two years I worked daily to gain all the skills and knowledge that was needed to succeed as a dog groomer, I found a passion and love for all the dogs and wanted to continue learning. After I qualified in 2017 I gained another two years of experience working beside my trainer, whilst also studying other courses to gain more knowledge into the dog industry and how I could further help dogs. This didn't stop when I took a year off on maternity I continued to learn and when I was ready to get grooming again I opened Dannii's Dog House in 2020, which was a scary time for us all. However since I opened the doors I've been greeted by so much love and happy wagging tails its a dream come true. I am honored to be trusted with your fur babies and to get them looking and feeling their best. Taking care of their needs in any way I can, weather that be grooming, offering advice or spotting unusual/different signs on the body to keep the dog at their best in any way I can help. I am still continuing learning in my free time and enjoying everyday I get to go to work.

Emma:
Before becoming a dog groomer, I had been a teacher for 16 years. I worked in schools in Cheshire and also in Spain, which is where I first got involved with helping in some local dog rescues. My husband and I loved spending time with the dogs who often arrived at the rescues under very sad circumstances and in very sorry states. It wasn’t long before we had adopted our own little fur babies (and found some for our friends, family and neighbours too of course!). I knew that working with dogs was something that I wanted to do, and after completing a taster day at a local salon, I enrolled on an in-depth training course which I completed in October 2023. I began working alongside Dannii straight away and have thoroughly enjoyed gaining experience, learning new techniques and building my customer base since.
